“Animator’s Survival Kit” iPad App
As Cartoon Brew points out, at $35, it's a lot cheaper than the DVD box set!
I played around with the free sample version and the presentation is pretty cool. Intuitive and when you look at video examples you can scrub through the shot and also frame by frame it. Onion skinning is also there:
