Improving Your Animation 101
Daniel Gonzales has a great list of animation exercises that I highly recommend.
It's something I talk about frequently in my classes and I can't repeat it enough. Don't just focus on a shot in terms of demo reel qualities. It's okay and important to just animate shots for practice.
Understanding Color
Really nice examples in the clip. I'm pretty bad at colors, so this is very helpful to me.
