I thought I’d let you know two high profile games clients I work closely with in the South East of the UK are looking for an Exp/Senior and Lead Animator.
For both roles they need strong Maya users with v.good key-frame, in-game and ideally some rigging exp. Published titles is a must.
Salary is £30-40k (DOE) – possibly slightly higher for someone exceptional

Exp Animators Required for High Profile Game Studios

Yeah I got that too, I just get rid of those emails, they are so generic, they might as well just post it on a jobs board its the same thing and doesn't bother the people who AREN'T looking for a job.
